and dictation sentences are graded.
There are practice
dictation sentences in your child’s FISH notebook.
Words are:

Reading: We will learn about /oo/
in moon. We will also learn about the
suffixes –ly and –ful. We will learn that the suffix –ly means “in a ____way”
and the suffix –ful means “full of.” Our
reading skill will be cause and effect.
Our grammar skill will be to learn about adjectives that compare.
High
Frequency Words: land, home, different, us, move, try, kind, hand, again,
picture
Math: We will continue our unit
on measurement. We will be learning about time. We will be telling time to the
hour (9:00) and half hour (9:30).
