test will be October 17th. The spelling words WILL BE GRADED. DICTATION
sentences will still be given for practice.

Reading: Our next
story is A Big Fish for Max. Students will learn about the digraphs /sh/
as in ship and /th/ as in thin and the vowel sound in words like ball. In our
story we will learn about main idea and predicting. Our grammar skill is to
learn about putting words in ABC order.
